Went for the petrol, friendly staff who informed me that there is 24 hours availability, if you were to use card payments. However personnel to help with payments are not available after 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday?? easy to navigate in and out of the petrol station.

Turned up 23:54 to buy one item I knew the location of. Refused let ins at 23:50apparently. Having worked retail styles I?ve let people in 1min before. Loads of staff outside smoking which in myc urrent job is a joke. Multiple times I?ve asked in store with a 60% success rate to be taken to something, rather they just tell you where. Many other Tescos would allow for something as simple as cigarette papers to be put through self service past 22:00 when I finished work at that time. Fridges in summer constantly out of service all over the place simple items basic constantly out of stock as they don?t look at demand. Store in evening full of roll cages blocking access to products.

They keep reducing amount of stuff working here and opening more and more self checkouts which is creating queues and trouble
And on the top of all the stuff member was so unfriendly and slow

My favourite Tesco store by far. Excellent customer service and always clean and tidy. The store is easy to navigate and everything is well signed posted .

Worst location for a Tesco. Constantly being grid locked in where you cannot get in or out taking 45 minutes or sometimes over an hour to get out. Causing a dangerous situation and Tesco has not tried to fix this problem. I know Morrisons is not as great value but at least it is safer to shop.

Just left after extra time on my shopping, found a plant the last one, tried to scan it , no label, asked FIVE staff for help, they had no idea, said that they would call a man that managed the plants, waited 15 mins never turned up. Two actually shrugged their shoulders!!!! Rant over bad customer service!

I love the Tesco coin charity system and overall the the staff stuff and systems are great and it is literally impossible to not like the clubcard system

Just been to the cafeteria. Fantastic young girl served us. Very polite and couldn't do enough to assist us. A credit to tesco. Well done
