Just received an order in which the email stated there were no missing items or replacements where several items that were parts of meal deals have been charged at full price because other parts of the meal deal were unavailable. Using a bit of common sense to replace the missing components or cancelling the meal deal is what anyone in their right mind would do. I certainly won't be using this store again, they cannot be trusted.

I was today around 5pm. Young boy in till was rude and him dont know nothing about paypoint. Training people how to speak with clients and for what they are in till.

My partner came in to the store this morning to do a small shop for me as I?ve just had major surgery. She used the self checkout but forgot to get coffees as her hands were full and the old lady behind the till was so rude to my partner and then as my partner was leaving she continued to make sly rude remarks to her. This is so unprofessional and if it was store id be having a word with this worker as it?s not acceptable customer service. Disgusting.

Honestly the worst experience I ever had at this Tesco express, needed some help finding what I was looking for and they kept telling me they didn't have it even without even checking when I knew for a fact they did because I know plenty of people that got said item from there. I said this and asked to open the boxes in which I informed I would pay for the open items. The supervisor had a go at me and said I was being rude and that she would kick me out, to whick I said that I knew they had the item but I didn't know which one was it and if they didn't know I had to find out which one it was and that I would pay for it. She kept on ranting that she would kick me out of the store if I kept talking to her the way I was. I didn't raise my voice in any moment but she was yelling at me. I found the item I was looking for and paid for the 3 boxes I opened. And I told her that next time someone asked now she knew the answer and which product she was, to which she threatened to never welcome me in the store again and banged the counter door as she walked awayand said for me to bring a picture of the product and that it wasn't her job to know. I was baffled by the entire interaction, rudeness, lack of professionalism or costumer skills at all. It was so mortifying it was impressive.

Popped in on Sunday for a couple of things prices are inflated compared to the larger Tesco self-service only accept cards stood waiting to be served what are the two colleagues chatted to themselves around the corner had to shout service just to get someone's attention not likely to go in there ever again

I have been using this store to buy groceries at least 4 times a week,every day I feel abused by the cashiers ,whether it is screaming at me or making me feel stupid if thereis a problem with the self service machine. It is sad because the manager is a very nice man who understands customer care.
