Staff were friendly and helpful but their hands are tied regarding price. If you bother to check online deals for unlocked phones you'll find you're paying about £100 more than you need to. This was certainly my case so I used the 30 day return policy and got my money back. The lesson being do some research first regarding price and phone specification. That is assuming you'd prefer not to throw £100 away!

Against my own advice I returned whilst waiting for my car to be washed to have breakfast. This time it did at least arrive quickly and the staff were more efficient. However, the food was dire- "roasted" tomatoes weren't even warm, let alone cooked, as were the anaemic looking sausages. It was also notably more expensive than other cafes which offer a far better product. Frankly disgraceful. BE WARNED!!!!

Since the pandemic, the cafe has improved immensely. The breakfast is cooked very well, the coffee is sometimes a bit wishy-washy but the last two visits it was good.

Woke up yesterday to a dead phone, after 2 years it just wouldn't accept the charger! I had said I would never go back to Tesco mobile after having appalling customer service from their head office a few years ago but these odd times reduce options. Explained my problem to a calm, reassuring and very helpful guy (think his name was Taz) who sorted my problem quickly and efficiently and explained everything in language a mid 60s woman can understand. Many thanks to him and his charming assistant, if I know I have people like them to help when things go wrong I may well switch back to Tesco.

Wouldn't go anywhere else well worth getting a phone from them easy and simple and very competitive and don't bug you when your contract is up.
