Staff were friendly and helpful but their hands are tied regarding price. If you bother to check online deals for unlocked phones you'll find you're paying about £100 more than you need to. Against my own advice I returned whilst waiting for my car to be washed to have breakfast. This time it did at least arrive quickly and the staff were more efficient. Since the pandemic, the cafe has improved immensely. The breakfast is cooked very well, the coffee is sometimes a bit wishy-washy but the last two visits it was good.
