I am nearly a year on from the worst haircut of my life at this place and I feel compelled to warn others. I have not had my hair cut since as it was so bad and so uneven, I've been tying it back until it's long enough to get trimmed again, and I'm brave enough to trust someone to do it. Anna cut and styled my hair lovely in a curly bob, it was only when I washed it and straightened it again that I realised how uneven it was, and what a strange shape.I was unhappy with it in the salon and Manuela convinced me that it was okay and should be like that! This was my second trip (unbelievably) after previously having had my hair caught in the end of a hairdryer!!! Apparently that's normal too?!

Literally the worst cut ive ever had, and im not even fussy with my hair. Was nothing like what i had asked for, cut way too much off and gave me what i can only describe as an amateur cut that looks ridiculous.

Manuela and her Co worker were very friendly and welcoming. My 4 year old had his long curly hair cut short perfectly in 30 mins. I enjoyed the conversation and atmosphere and my son enjoyed the compliments Manuela offered. He left a smart looking happy boy. I would have payed more if the system would let me but unfortunately that?s only possible if you pay by cash. Thanks for a wonderful service, I will be bringing my other children in the future.

A long review as alot was said during what should've been a 15 min dry cut at my first and last appointment!! The first 5 mins I waited to be booked in Manuela was alone, her back to me for 5 mins at reception whilst she ate in a small room, I had to approach her, she told me my hair is strong and healthy but I have too much of it!! She was disgusted I'd previously cut my own hair by 2 inches and my fringe, she told me women of a certain age should opt for length to cover our ageing faces!! When I said I'd last had a pixie, she tried to sell me straightening at £5 after the cut as when she wetted my hair to cut it she said "oh no your hair is curly" (it's not it's wavy) I said no just cut the 2 inches off, we agreed the length that would remain, which turned out 3 inches shorter not 2, she then went on to "repair" my fringe she said, and gave me a few layers, she told me to colour my hair, which obviously I won't do before my hair is trimmed otherwise that's a box of colour wasted when 3 inches has been cut, her understanding of English was poor she struggled to understand me, or listen, but she made clear her disgust of my hair and my choices, I told her at no point when I booked online did it say in the description of a dry cut that hair has to be poker straight, obviously she couldn't cope with wavy hair as my shoulder length hair is now 3 inches shorter not the 2 I asked for, I have a neck condition that causes much pain to have my hair washed at salon sinks, I wanted 2 inches off my hair and was quoted £19:50 for a straight line cut, she chose to trim my fringe, she chose to thin my hair which took 25 mins not the 15 mins I opted for, she blamed me for not having a wash and blow-dry, I gave up trying to explain why, she was rude, and openly lol at me, at one stage I was going to walkout, but I stayed and told her all I thought of her rudeness, no wonder I hate going to hairdresser's, and attempt to cut my own hair, she said she was run off her feet no time for the loo or to eat but only one other person was there I think having a colour, in the end I had the last laugh at more being done to my hair than I wanted for £18:50 a cheaper price than was quoted!!

My wife was not impressed and wouldn't return. She had to take the scissors to it herself to cut all the stray ends and equal up the sides of her hair. Hair was still damp at the back when she left.

Had a restyle from Michelle for the second time in a month. I have gone from very long hair to a Bob and now to very short. She?s done a fantastic job both times. I highly recommend her. She?s very friendly and approachable and really listens to what you want. Excellent.Service: Hairstyling

SuperCuts accept no responsibility for this hairdresser claiming it is a franchise. The lone hairdresser took 5 1/2 hours to colour my wife?s hair. She left her for long periods trying to juggle other customers with half a bleach foiled head before coming back. Also put her with bleach foils under a heat lamp again leaving her when this procedure should have never been used. It was a torturous experience she came away very upset from and £135 out of pocket. My wife?s hair is damaged and cannot be repaired even by a proper hairdresser at present. It will be some time before she can get the condition back as new growth comes. Over a month later SuperCuts are now ignoring my correspondence. Please Ignore old reviews, this place is dangerous and should not be endorsed by SuperCuts.Services: Hairstyling

Disappointed doesn't cover it. Supercuts is renowned for offering a walk in service so I went yesterday at 9.20am to find it all closed up. Lady in queue with her kids who had made appointments so we were both wondering why it was closed. Then a lady came to open up and served the other lady and asked me what time my appointment was so I said I was a walk in customer. She said she had no time today so offered to make me an appointment for tomorrow. I said no, you are offering a walk in service so I am next in the queue. She said again she has no time today so I walked off. IF YOU DON'T OFFER THE WALK IN SERVICE TAKE THE SIGN DOWN. I won't be coming back.
