The manager of this shop on Warwick rd is extremely rude and arrogant. I returned a faulty xmas tree that i had bought a few weeks ago. it shed more needles than a real one!!. NO apologies what so ever,..... just a rant about how the tree should never have been taken in or sold in her absence . made me feel i was in the wrong for buying the bloody thing!! The lady who sold it to me was going to be for a rocket.... and she went on and on about how she does not sell xmas tree's. She refund my money begrudgingly , I've taken donations to her before, she makes you feel she is doing YOU a favour by taking it.... should never be allowed to work dealing with the public !!!!!
