Iced coffee was ok but not the best I have ever had. Tuna melt was pretty awful with hardly any tuna, mostly ciabatta bread so not a nutritious lunch by any means and not cheap either. I think Starbucks really need to review the food they are selling and ask whether it really fits a world in which people are trying to choose healthier and more nutritious options for lunch. They are charging a lot of money for something which is nearly all bread.

Went in for a small cappuccino late Saturday afternoon and gave the lady a £5 note and was told no cash! No sign or notice at the front door or windows or inside the shop stating that we are not allowed to pay in cash.Starbucks at least have something up in writing to inform the paying public.

The staff are always friendly but the quality of coffee is awful, we?ve been recently three times and asked for flat white coffees and the milk has been over steamed and is like a small Cappuccino, the coffee is weak and disappointing, genuinely the coffee in Greggs next door has been better.

the service is very good, I often ask them to grind my coffee beans and they do it for me which is very nice of them. also the products they sell are of the best quality and it is worth coming there.
Parking: no problem to find a parking space.

Usually order ahead on the app and collect at drive thru. My order is always correct and well prepared.

4 people behind the counter, not one acknowledged us. A server was being spoken to quite rudely to by, I'm guessing, her team leader. When she served us she looked embarrassed but apologized for keeping us waiting. She was lovely & friendly. But, unfortunately they didn't have oat milk (dairy allergy) so we left.

You need to update your opening times on the Starbucks App, just waiting until 7am for you to open to be told it?s 07:30am. App says 7am and got here a little early and sat waiting.

The staff here are always fabulous. Currently being refurbished so looking a lot fresher. Not much (any?) GF choice, but the soy hot chocolate is very nice. Parking in Gateway. Limited to 3 hours I think but check signage for most uptodate information. Highchairs available. Disabled toilet with babychange available. Limited outdoor seating. Takeaway available.
