Update: 4th April 2025.
Q at till was 5 deep, one poor girl on duty with queries to sort. After a very long wait, I dumped my basket and walked out. Sort your till management out please!!!! Too many floor walkers and not enough staff on tills.
Usual SD stuff, good level of stock to choose from.
Till signs need to be updated as right hand queue is computer/console games only.
Found this out after waiting ages then had to go to back of the 'proper', now-very-long queue.
Staff member was rude, so I was too!

today i been there with my friend , he was looking for a pair of shoes and he cannot speak english properly and he cannot understand a he was trying to ask to a lady for the big size in that shoes but he didnt understand than i came later he told me he wants same shoes in big size and when i gone to that lady to confirm about that as my friend didt undersand before , she was very rude with me and told me i told him three times after that i told her he dont understood what you told him, thats why i ask you . it was very rude behaviour, disgusting customer service ?.

I bought a bot from here, it broke in the first use and they don't take it back, it's officially a scam, they sell goods, it breaks off in one use, don't take it, don't use it 24 hours at home, be sure, is it intact?

Where do you start... Firstly to the guy running round on the shoe dept... Credit to you from what could see if it Wernt for you, no sales would have been processed. Two ladies on till, don't know how you do it.. To the lady chatting to some chap.. Possibly new member of staff about all and sundry from pandemic to your strict diet to all your ailments.. Not acknowledging any customers or why you were even there...just to update the guy and the shop on you... Nit fair on the others

If I could give it minus numbers I would. Customer service is hands down the worst service I have ever had. If you want to try shoes on in a different size to the display good luck finding a member of staff, they don't wear a uniform so you have no idea who works there. Their uniform seems to be to look as unpresentable as possible, with a nasty sneer on their face, whilst actively avoiding customers. When you manage to corner one, because they never ask if you need help, they barely say 2 words and seem to know absolutely nothing about the stock. When they finally brought out shoes for us to try on, they handed them over and practically ran away. I could have easily walked out of that shop with half the stock and they wouldn't have cared / noticed. The prices in store don't match what they have online, the so called RRP is £10 dearer on the website before any discounts are applied. They don't stock half sizes for shoes and you get one hell of a dirty look for even asking. I will never go back in the store or buy online. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Awful shop. Completely useless staff to the point of being rude. Trying on one pair of shoes and staff member gave me the box. No words just walked off. Didn't even care if they fitted my young son or not. Asked a second member of staff of they did the shoes in a half size. He replied they don't do half sizes, which I questioned as the website clearly showed them. Simply put it's an awful shop with awful employees. JD sports didn't have what we needed but we were at least greeted at the door with a smile.

Shocking customer service trainers had no prices on them went to the till to.ask for price and advisor with a scanner in her hand told me to got the shop floor and ask somebody for a price!
