I had a contact lens check booked in and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. My appointment was with Rob, who explained everything clearly and gave me lots of useful information and tips on how to use my lenses. He also talked me through the direct debit payment plan, answered all my questions and was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent service and care!

Knowledgeable staff and a wide variety of frames available. Sight and hearing tests carried out. Very steep steps but can request an eye exam downstairs - telephone to do this as online booking doesn't seem to get the info to whoever sorts appointments. Unfortunately, no customer toilet.

I was very pleased with Specsavers at Banbury. I had the OCT test done and the lady I saw went through this with me and explained everything to me in great detail. It is a very reassuring test to have to check the health of your eyes.
When I chose my glasses Samira was extremely helpful explaining all the options available to me.

I was not completely satisfied with the Banbury store I had just been through open art surgery at the John Radcliffe I needed to have an eye ?? scam the only access was a flight of steep stairs and the staff we're not very supportive at all
