Went into this store with my dad the other day and after paying for the item, my dad waited and kindly asked for a card receipt but the guy on the till said, in a rather rude manner I might add, ?No, you tapped it!? This is wrong. A customer has the right to be given a card receipt when they ask for it, no matter what shop it is or if it was a contactless or non-contactless payment, and the tone used by this employee was absolutely uncalled for. He didn?t have a welcoming demeanour in the first place. We have never had such an unfriendly experience at this location before.

I went to Screwfix to get some washers for a bottle sink.. conversing with one of the employees there and on their suggestion i bought the whole thing instead.. turns out a pack of 4 washers was just the same price as a new kit! Not only that there was one last kit that was discontinued for sale at a discounted price! I left there super surprised! I am a regular customer and will return, but super happy with this positive experience

Came into the store today to purchase some safety boots for my son, the lady on the till was exceptionally patient with us as we had to keep changing styles/ sizes. Nothing was too much trouble.

Great service and very reasonably priced, also in the trade section you get offered hot drinks which I think is a great touch.The staff are slways polite and friendly,I Definitely like visiting the Banbury store.

I've been making a LOT of trips to Screwfix recently while redecorating and renovating our house, and the customer service here has been exceptional every time. The click and collect service is so efficient that items are always ready within five minutes of ordering, and I'm normally in and out of the store without any wait. Prices and quality are also excellent. Thank you, Screwfix!

Stood in one of the queues and watched the members of staff ignore me and call forward individuals they clearly know as regulars. Tried to purchase 2 small items and both had to be ordered in. Ironically I went to tool station who had the items at nearly half the price.
