Went into this store with my dad the other day and after paying for the item, my dad waited and kindly asked for a card receipt but the guy on the till said, in a rather rude manner I might add, “No, you tapped it!” This is wrong. I went to Screwfix to get some washers for a bottle sink.. conversing with one of the employees there and on their suggestion i bought the whole thing instead.. turns out a pack of 4 washers was just the same price as a new kit! Not only that there was one last kit that was discontinued for sale at a discounted price!... read full comment
