The customer service was extremely poor, opening an account should be a fun experience they just said go online !! I feel like they need to be trained on customer Service and the experience they are providing as its the worst I have seen in 10 years !!! Hope the Bank manager is reading this !! As I will be writing to their headquarters as this has put me off opening an account with Santander !!

Not heard good reports about working there and seem to work their staff very hard (at this branch at least).
