Warwick road Sainsbury's is absolutely awful, the staff are rude, ignorant and arrogant, they are preoccupied chatting on headsets and ignore customers, I was in there with my husband on Sunday evening 31st August, and overhead staff ridiculing a customer. Management awful and weak.Parking is almost impossible during busy periods.

My only thing would be is to have more actual tills open, personally I don't like the self scan on bigger shops, your staff are paid to provide a service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I find the store does not have the best entrance to the carpark as it is very narrow also the petrol station is very close to the entrance, adding to this there is a set traffic lights so can get congested.

This store is awful! Rude workers who are unfriendly liars. We?d just finished a camping trip and I went in with my child to use the toilets before shopping for lunch. I asked a security guard where the toilets were and he said near customer service. Still couldn?t find them, so I asked and was told by the lotto ticket cashier, ?we have toilets but they?re closed, there?s one at the service station.? I decided they wouldn?t get any of my money and the little one did a bush wee.
How the heck do they expect customers to do their shopping and not have toilet facilities to use? Unless of course, they were just closed to us.

I can't believe that a very large store like this has no toilets in the store itself. I was told by security that the petrol station had a toilet.
It was a disabled toilet with no concessions to children's needs. It wasn't as clean as I'd have hoped either.

I am writing to formally complain about a distressing incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store (Argos inside Sainsbury?s) in Banbury
I had come to collect my order in Argos and also return another item. While in the clothing section, I was trying clothes for my child in one of the aisles, as your changing rooms were closed. I later learned that this is apparently because there are no security cameras in that area this is what the security guy told me today (03.08.2025 between 13.30 to 14. 00)how professional de security man.
While I was doing this, a security guard approached me and began questioning me in an accusatory tone ? asking me to show my order, tickets, and to confirm that I had collected my items. This was done in front of my child, which was not only humiliating but also deeply inappropriate and upsetting. I felt accused and followed, despite doing nothing wrong.
I was even told to go back to Argos to confirm my collection time, as if I had stolen something. I find this treatment disgusting and completely unacceptable.
I want to raise serious concerns about:
The way I was publicly confronted and treated like a thief.
The lack of discretion and professionalism shown by your security staff.
The fact that your changing rooms are closed without providing safe or private alternatives for parents with children. And the security guy with no professionalism and even telling me that the changing rooms are closed because they do not have cameras in that section.

Not a good Sainsbury's. No customer toilets other than in the petrol station, which was dirty. Not up to usual Sainsbury's standards when we visited.

Good range of foods, clothing and home equipment.They have a good free from range. They have recently started to only have a few tills available which can make it take a long time at busy times. There is a special area of the carpark for collecting online shopping. No bottle recycling facilities anymore.
Sadly no toilet facilities available anymore.
