Absolutely the most disgusting level of customer service. No eye contact, eye rolling in parts and rudeness from women who obviously don?t want to be there?..In that case, get another job that suits your horrendous attitude.Shame on Sainsburys for employing such people, who could do with some lessons in basic customer service skills.

my friends and i came in to get some drinks and food, the two staff working that day were so rude and agressive towards us, like, uncalled for, one staff member closed a till to take a phone call, being quite loud, theres no clear sign on what a meal deal consists of, they would judge us for being wrong, when we?d ask questions, they reluctantly answered in an arrogant way, like we were an inconvenience to them.I also don?t understand why we have to scan our own items while they?re sat opposite, judging us when we have the item to wrong way ?

wasnt pleased after filling up my car and then deciding to buy a monster energy drink was then asked for id to buy that yet ive just drove in with my audi a6 which is showing im well within age of it and told unless i show wont sell me it. absolute ridiculous mean im 28 if i was buying beer or cigarettes i understand but a energy drink is stupid to be asking me for id was not happy at all

Extremely rude staff here. An older lady with short grey hair shouted at my mum and then proceeded to shout and swear at other customers through the glass! My 4 year old should not be subject to that level of aggression in a petrol station!

A convenient garage located on part of the Sainsbury?s site. The prices are always reasonable, and they do have Air, water, and a Hoover. There is the usual shop, and a loo.

The lady on the tills in the petrol station Gill her name is... She's a lovely lady and is great at what she does!! I now have a nectar card and I use sainsburys all the time ð???ð???
