Lost my prescription twice now, first time i can forgive but not a second time, shows their incompetence! staff are confrontational and argumentative, they do not understand the meaning of customer service. I have lost faith in them and will no longer use them

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Rude, inexperienced staff and this is not the first time I've experienced this in here. I will not be going back. One lady was at the back loudly swearing whilst talking to her colleague with children in the pharmacy. They didn't have either of the items on my prescription that had come down from the surgery first thing that morning. (I left it until early evening to collect to give them plenty of time to dispense it). They had ordered the items in but couldn't say when they would be delivered. Medications that needed to be started ASAP, not 3 days later. These were basic antibiotic eye drops and derma cream, nothing exotic. They basically told me to take my prescriptions and to go elsewhere. Very angry and aggressive when dealing with the public. I feel sorry for the people who have no choice but to use them as there nearest local pharmacy. Thankfully I can take my business elsewhere and will.

Louise was extremely helpful when my mother's medication was prescribed wrong from the surgery.she made phonecalls to the surgery and kept us up to date and it was sorted ASAP.

Stinking attitude. The young Asian lady or showed no care, remorse or service skills and hung up when I questioned her. Avoid!!

This place is a nightmare. Staff's running around like headless chickens. They look busy all the time, hardly paying attention to customers and NEVER find anything. This place just does not function at all.

An absolutely rubbish pharmacy rude and almost lost my prescription and medication wouldn't recommend this pharmacy and I changed over to boots isnt the greatest but you won't get any better

Booked a free flu vaccination, pharmacy was closed as they were back late from lunch so waited outside in the cold, when I eventually got in they said the person who did them wouldn?t be back for another 30mins ?

Excellent pharmacy, and pharmacist. All the team are extremely friendly, helpful and caring and provide a superb service. They went out of their way to locate a particular medicine we required (manufacture supply issues,) including contacting all local pharmacies, sourcing and rearranging the prescription. A+++++++

The worst service ever in Banbury . My medications are ticked off saying collected and its never been collected the lady she is not even bothered to look into who collected and what went wrong.

They are suppose to text you when meds are ready to pick up never do only if you are paying I have notice when you go in to collect you get attitude saying have you received text yet unnecessary .yet been weeks since order and meds are there so why attitude they don't even reply to reviews lovely lot.

Wasted my time going here today, not open when it says it's supposed to be, also refused to prescribe 111 emergency prescription my partner very much needed medication last week! Prior to this, I was told my medication would take two days, went back and it hadnt even been ordered!
