Skye at the Banbury Gateway retail park went above and beyond today 26/11/2023, to help my elderly friend find a size small in a jumper that she wanted to buy her son for Christmas. Even checked the mannequins, then offered to find it at another store for her. Very impressed with this excellent customer service

Staff stood around chatting to her mates then was just rude when she did serve us,then made out like it was our fault when something was priced up wrong basically insinuating we swapped the printed price tag !!!!...

Great selection of clothes and fantastic service from lovely young ginger girl who served me at the till and helped me find everything I need when my size wasn?t on the shop floor. Nice to still have some good clothes shop options in Banbury. Couldn?t recommend more!

We were just in the shop and I have to admit that the young Lady and the young gentleman were very unfriendly.Maybe it was because we're not british, but that's just my feeling.She almost fell asleep while paying, no smile on her face during the whole sale transaction.We bought stuff for £200 and felt very uncomfortable as customers it will definitely be the last time we shop in this store.
