Good garage for MOT woulf use again

I?ve used Protyre before and every time you book a date and time for tyres to be fitted they phone up and cancel or change the time. It?s then very awkward to go back to the tyre supplier and cancel the order so it can be booked else where. They always give the excuse their diary wasn?t updated. This keeps happening over the last few years but always the same. Clearly there is a problem that needs to be fixed.

Went in for MOT yes they got my through MOT £600.00 later now I can't drive because as soon as I left there engine management light came on and car is in limp mode would never go there again.

I had a very frustrating experience initially with Protyre Banbury ? missed bookings, confusion over dates, and my aircon stopped working just days after the first re-gas. I had to return, and at first it felt like nobody really knew what was going on.
However ? big respect for how the team eventually handled the situation.
They upgraded my compensation from a Bronze to a full Gold Service, fixed the actual leak (a faulty O-ring), recharged the aircon properly, and even offered a free aircon refill for my partner's car when she came to pick up mine.
Mistakes happen ? but it's how you respond that counts, and in the end, the Banbury team went the extra mile to make things right. Thank you.

Great lads popped in with a puncture rather than try and sell me a new tyre straight off, looked at repairing it as it was in good nick and managed to do it. All sorted in 20 mins
