Full shelves but a massive queue, massive. The lady Infront of me had 2 baskets and looked like a monthly shop! One lady on the till, one lady apologising for the delay due to short staffing. Felt rather than jumping boxes she could have jumped on the till too.I know it's rough when staff phone in sick, but you need to firefight and react quickly to help customers...Why doesn't Banbury have Self Serve tills like others?
