Good pizza, nice people, clean, tidy place. The whole salad bar is vegan, including all the topping (e.g. bacon bits & croutons) *and* all the dressings, including blue cheese and ranch! (It says so on the allergens list and I verified with an employee.) Several vegan pizza options, including Violife vegan cheese. We had the Vegan Veggie pizza on pan pizza crust, which turned out to be not nearly as oily as the American version, which I was told by a friend who worked at Pizza Hut in the US that they started by dumping 4 cups (!) of oil into the pan. Also, to my US-conditioned taste buds, it needed salt (which was provided at the table). Everything was very good. Bottomless salad was included with the pizza.

Really disappointed with our visit on Saturday afternoon. Having not been to Pizza Hut for at least ten years, I thought we?d take our 18 month old for a spontaneous bite to eat.There were only two staff serving a pretty full restaurant. We were left standing at the door without being acknowledged for ten minutes on arrival.My child?s dinner was clearly microwaved and arrived 5 mins after the adult meals. It was fridge cold in parts and hot in others.The ice cream factory was out of use.It was just a really poor and expensive (for what it is) experience.

Can?t comment on the food because it didn?t arrive but service was not good. Tried to order through the website multiple times and with different cards but it failed every time. I called the restaurant a few times and they provided no solution, I asked if I could order over the phone and said there was nothing they could do as the £10 deal didn?t exist on their till. Wouldn't recommend!

Floor dirty, service was rubbish.2024Well first time back here in years not much has changed service bloody awful. No atmosphere. No communication with staff as all ordering done online. I think it will take another 4 years before I come back.

We loved the original glass tube real neon signs! Especially the red pizza and purple ice cream factory! Food was great and friendly staff for our lunch experience.Parking: Large parking spaces available.Kid-friendliness: Child friendly and supplied clean chips seat.

Horrible serving.We?ve been waiting 45 minutes just for a dessert, they give it to us just after We asked after 45 minutes for the dessert. Obviously we paid for 2 and they only bring one , very bad service /serving . I totally not recommended!!!!

Service was good, went for the buffet. Although the selection was nowhere near as good as other pizza hut buffets. Also the quality was not as good.

Really annoyed, me n my Mrs ordered a pizza for collection between 6-6:15 as we had football until 6 o?clock, but on picking the pizza n gettin home it was stone coldThey obviously cooked it far too earlyAnd they never put it under a heat lamp to keep it hotComplete waste of moneyReally disappointed as was lookin forward to it

The food was delicious and our server for the night, called Jack was top class. Nothing was to much trouble and he served all rowdy 12 of us with patience and a smile. We'll definitely be back.
