Great food staff lovely and friendly ?
My only criticism is that while I was waiting for my food I saw members of your staff fuss and stroke customers dogs they then went and served customers with their food including myself but NOT one member of staff went and washed their hands.
This is very unhygienic and needs attention.

We called last minute for a table for 12 adults, 3 children, we were offered an immediate table and was given 2hrs. Our service was excellent, food really good. Thank you especially to Kyle for being so helpful and courteous, a credit to Pinto Lounge Banbury. 5*

A lovely dog friendly place. The first visit was for breakfast, but we will definitely be returning to try their drinks and tapas. You order and pay via QR code, which makes the service so much quicker. Staff are friendly. Best part is the fact that they're dog friendly. It's really difficult to find a dog friendly place that is actually nice! Highly recommend. If you park at Castle Quay you will need to walk across the bridge to get there, the best parking is the car park behind the restaurant, on Spiceball Park Rd, which is a 1 min walk to the restaurant and very reasonably priced.

Really nice, laid-back place, very dog friendly. The food is great, ordering is so easy and the food arrived quite quickly. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Drinks were really good and arrived quickly. Will definitely recommend it to others and come back!

Today my friend and I popped in for some breakfast, her baby decided ge wanted to be fed as we arrived, the gentleman served breakfast and watched us take turns in helping each other, I cut her food as she was feeding then passed him over so she could eat the gentleman praised our teamwork and I made a joke about some cheesecake and to our surprise he gave us one to share. Absolutely lovely surprise and we both needed it after our morning.

Waited to be seated, was seated by one of the staff but then was told by another staff member that it was reserved by the people at the bar and then was told to move, but Surely if they had our table they would have been seated there or a sign saying reserved.
There was no sign saying reserved , previous person who seated us told us this table is free and he would clean the table due to it was not set up.
Being asked to get up and wait for another table to become free or being told if we do leave we still be needing to wait elsewhere. His attitude wasn't at all pleasant and definitely could've worded it in a nicer form.
Taking two members of my family with ADHD and ASD really not impressed and this situation really stressed both of them out.

Good food, practical space. You have to order on the website, so you might miss the human interaction to ask for suggestions.

Food was good and a fair price. Service was there too. I did have a burger which was very enjoyable. Only minor downside, was the background music was a bit loud.

Initial service was good, got us seated even though we were a large group. General service was really helpful and cannot fault them in anyway.
Unfortuatley the food quality was a letdown. Our order arrived incomplete and the portion sizes of the salads and sides were tiny.
Steak salad was just rocket covered with cheese. The steak was ordered welldone but arrived rare. I was not impressed with how the chef handled the issue. They put the same steak on a refire after it had been cut into. This meant that steak was dry as all the juices was lost.
The buttered milk chicken was tough and dry.
It seems after moving location, quality and portion size compared to the price has gone down hill.
This is a shame as we loved this resturant before and we will not be returning.

The service and atmosphere is ok, dog friendly is good for some people. However, the food quality is below average. I ordered a medium rare steak but it's presented as fully well done... Others were either over cooked or not enough seasoning. Deep fried dishes were ok.

Damn good food, perfectly spiced and not too many things in the bowl to overwhelm. I?ve had many brunch bowls and I must say this one was so good. The staff are lovely, they came by and have my dog a bowl of water and some treats as well. Definitely coming back! Oh and did I mention it is dog friendly?

Having enjoyed visiting the previous site in town several times, my wife and I were recently delighted to find the new larger premises while looking for a bite to eat before an evening at the Arts Centre.
The menu is still wide-ranging and my wife and I enjoyed our flatbread and burrito respectively. The waiting time for the food was fine and somehow they've managed to keep the intimate atmosphere despite the larger room. The staff were welcoming and it was good to see Kyle still there looking after the customers with his usual food humour! We'll be back.....probably tonight actually!

One of the better places in Banbury for a meal out. Not a fan of the ordering online as I feel you generally get a little neglected by waiting staff, however the young chap who served us was very attentive.
Great burger, however the 'whipped feta' small plate/tapas was just cottage cheese :(
