When picking up £150 order I was swiftly asked to vacate the till and check my order by the shelves because one person was in the queue waiting to be served. Yet the till next to me was left empty. Rude staff, especially girl with colourful hair, zero consideration. Won?t be visiting that store again in a rush.

I dont think I'd ever buy another pet from here after bad experiences over the years but staff are knowledgeble and always have time to talk about your pets with you. There's a good range of products for many pets at good prices. They fitted my puppy's harness and collar for size and gave good advice.

I wouldn't bother going here, very little knowledge from inattentive staff. With other pet stores in Banbury, it's best to give this chain a miss.

Really nice shop lovely manger not sure pets at home is aware they have some really lovely workers that work hard to keep there customers as had such a bad experience online and with online customer service but they sorted this out super fast in-store I've had a few pets over years from this store and as much as some stores would not buy from this one is very good and care about the animals..

We asked team members for help and we were looked after by a member of the management. I think he was the assistant manager? He was brilliant. Helped us fit out rescue dog with a muzzle and explained the difference between the products well. Once at the till the cashier told us about the membership club and another girl talked to us about our dog. On the whole it was fab. Thank you! ?
