food was good like always.
But my complaint is about delivery special when you have to pay extra 2.5£, and when food arive i have phone call from delivery driver about he waiting on car park I don't think this is you call home delivery if driver don't bother working maybe he supposed to change job !!

Ordered a pizza which took an hour and twenty minutes to get to me and when it arrive was room temperature and undercooked. Phoned for a refund only to be told that they couldn't offer a refund because it had already been delivered. When I phoned I was told she would go and speak to her managed but then she didn't phone back to I had to phone them back to request my refund again to which I was told the same information about refunds. Currently still fighting for my refund. Terrible terrible service for a £25 pizza

Their delivery driver entered my home without consent, broke the seal on my pizza and opened it in front of me because it was damaged during transit.
Contacted their customer service and they said sorry and nothing else. They're talking to the driver and nothing else.
I wouldn't order from here again.

...Why does the sausage meat look like kibble?The pizza was OK, scarce of toppings, but the 'garlic pizza sticks' were burnt. Literally black in the middle, crumbled to nothing. Papa John's used to be great, idk what has happened to it.

We've only ordered deliveries from this Papa John's, but the service has always been wonderful. The food is prepared and delivered promptly, the delivery drivers are always pleasant and very polite when asking for feedback to be left. Very happy, thank you.

Placed order over an hour later phoned told 5 minutes. Half hour later turned up. Customised order bit they got it wrong. Sadly won't be ordering again.

IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION!Ordered at 19:05 - delivery quoted 40minsOut for delivery at 19:36Phoned at 20:12 told it would be another 15-20mins and that it was on its way out with 10 other deliveries.At which point I said I'd cancel the order- I was then offered additional items for free - I then realised I was being lied to about the order being on its way. I said I would cancel and he had to go and check with someone else. I then eventually cancelled and he said he didn't know how long a refund takes "always changes times" what ever that means.Overall the service was awful, the staff lie and I will be going into the branch this afternoon to take the refund in cash.Also will not be using papa johns again.
