Aaron actually served us in Westgate in Oxford but I think he mainly works here. Me and my partner Harry came in looking for a birthday present for my sisters 18th and he was incredible the whole way through. We took up so much of his time but really enjoyed the whole experience. We ended up coming away with everything we needed, and smiles on our faces! What a gem! Keep being you Aaron, you?re a star.

My daughter and I visited the Banbury shop, we were helped by Nash, she was so helpful and patient with us as we made our choices! We were guided through the choices and were offered lots to try on, so happy with our matching Mum and Daughter charm bracelets, thank you Nash we will be back!

Came in today with my friend (21st September) at around 4:30pm ish we were greeted by Ash and then by Aaron. Aaron came over and helped us figure out what my friend?s ring size was and then what my wrist size was.
We were put off the sale due to Aaron being too pushy and slightly unfriendly towards us as he wasn?t very engaging in conversations we were trying to have with him.
We said thank you and goodbye but as we were walking out we heard Aaron say ?well that was a waste of time?.
We were shocked that he had that type of attitude towards us when we had been nothing but polite.

I popped into your store in Banbury today, looking for a present for my daughter in law. Not sure what type of bracelet I was after, the young lady named Lucy was so helpful. She was very kind and patient with me, as my eye sight is not too good. Showed me a good selection and advised on charms etc. A very pleasant shopping experience for me, I shall definitely shop there again. Please give Lucy my thanks.

Went in for a particular item. Was told no don't have it, without looking, but have 2 similar, asked to see them was then also told no actually we aint got them either! Ask them to check as online said I could collect there, lady went our the back to "check online" 20 secs later back I've checked and no. I was going to leave look around and shes talking about me to other staff and In front of other customers!! When then challenged who I put in a complaint to was told she wasn't allowed to give any details as they was a franchise!! Customer service in a place like this is a must and the ladies in there were rude and didn't want to help certain ppl!!
