Terrible customer service by Michelle. Very rude, I didn't realise there was a queue as no signage and it looked to me like people were just looking at phones. Michelle literally shouted at me to get to the back of the queue! When it was my turn to pick up the phone I ordered online I found her to be abrupt, and seemed miserable in her job. Her appearance was scruffy. It's a shame that a store representative feels they can act in this way.

Friendly patient knowledgeable staff and tidy store, well laid out. Really listened to what I needed to know and was after and helped to answer those questions and help solve my issues. Good social distancing with booked appointments to avoid over crowding in store too.

Phone died while I was stuck in town popped inside to ask for help turned out battries had gone, had a cheeky charge up and all was fixed. Its good to see good customers service even when not making a purchess. Would definitely look there for a new phone.
