Absolutely fantastic team at Northwood. I wound up unlucky with a soulless landlord who does not have standards or an ounce of professionalism. Northwood have communicated with the landlord on my behalf to ensure the necessary work is done to bring the studio up to standard. The team at Northwood have been nothing but wonderful with my process. When I called to enquiry on one of their rental properties they arranged my viewing same day as I needed to move quickly. The process from arranging the viewing, to collection of the keys, and speaking to the landlord with a query already has been a pleasure. I cannot fault the communication, as this has been fantastic. Northwood agency was really amazing during the whole period we were renting their property. Channels were always opened for queries/requests and Mariana and Monica were truly stars.We highly recommend Northwood if you want to rent/buy a property without having headaches.

Jonathan at Northwood Banbury provided me with an excellent service while selling my house.
