Horrendous customer service, myself and 2 others went to find my child some bedding in store, we was then followed by 5 shop members to the bedding while they stood around and directly looking at us. One person I was with works in high end retail so she approached them and told them it was wrong they then started making excuses up instead of simply saying sorry. We all felt TARGETED, JUDGED and AMBUSHED.

Awful customer service. Ordered online for collection. Had to ring customer service to be told my item was there but website hadn't updated. Arrived at the store, the woman behind the till was less than talkative and called for a manager. Stood waiting for a long time as the Manager, cashier called at least 3 times for him. He slowly comes out from the back, with no haste. No hello, sorry for the wait etc. Just starts tapping away, no explanation of the issue, just says he needs to go out the back to look as the system doesn't say it's here. Finally comes back out with what we've ordered. Then starts talking to us explaining, at that point I just wanted my package and to get out.Overall wait of half an hour for such a simple collection. Poor customer service. Gave 2 stars because I got my order.

Needed to buy a new suit. Bianca was extremely professional and went back and forth out back finding me all the correct sizing to go and try on - they even had clean shirts you can use to make sure it all fits well. She was patient and I owe her this review for her patience with above and beyond customer service - thank you Bianca, you are a ??! ??

if you want to wait forever for your order and then receive the wrong items or if you need a dinner set for a family celebration and want not to receive it before dinner day, or instead of spending time with your family you like to hang on the phone for hours trying to find out what's going on with your orderThis is the perfect shopping company for you. Ordered a bed in December. Have called five times over the past two weeks for an update on delivery. Each time I spoke to one of the Next home team they promised to call me back but never did. I had received a notification on 10th March to say that my bed had been despatched on 9th March and that I would receive a call to book in a delivery time. I have not received a call!! So, I called the home team again this morning to ask why nobody had called me and after the advisor looked on the portal said ?it?s good news I can now book a delivery date for you? A minute later after booking a date I was told ?oh sorry no you can?t book a date as it would appear the bed is missing!? To say I am furious is an understatement. I wonder how long it?s going to take to find it!!!
