I?ve gone into the NatWest in Banbury twice within the last month and Joseph who works there, has always delivered amazing customer service - Thank you Joseph! The first time I went in was because I needed to make a bank transfer and had a new phone which didn?t have the app on it. I was a bit emotional that day as sadly our family dog had passed away that morning. Joseph was very patient, helpful, kind, and he is also very knowledgeable on using the app.Joseph is an asset to NatWest Banbury!

Only a max of 2 cashiers so there's always a queue. Staff are helpful and cheerful when you finally get to the front - but it can regularly take 30 mins or so.Watch for the short opening hours and not open Saturday either. At least we still have a branch, let's be grateful for that

Do quite a bit on line,but usually go in about once or twice a month and all the staff are excellent and willing to help wherever they can. Can't fault them.

Called into Banbury branch today to pay for a new vehicle. They were extremely helpful, the cashier was called Joseph and he guided me through the whole process and reassured me. If I could give 10 stars I would.. thank you

Appalling ' waited for an hour, and was qué jumped by a member of the staff? , Only to be told I could not open a second account unless it was online. Unhelpful, accounts will be found elsewhere, waste of time. Don't bother with them.

Stuck on a Saturday night at 2am on my own no cash and cannot access any withdrawals online app says updates till 230am still trying at 3am called to try and get a cash withdrawal told nothing they can do till 6am! Thanks NatWest a female on there own in a town centre and cannot get home!!!

Efficient requirements displayed outside for Covid requirements, staff as always very polite and very willing to assist customers. Also, which for me was a huge bonus......... no waiting!!!

Went in there today to deposit money and recieved a very warm welcome from the staff and recieved professional help when needed. The guys delivered excellent service

Like all institutions these days, you can never get an email address to contact anyone and phone queues are a joke. Automated assistant worse than useless.
