Purchased a 2lt bottle of White spirit. I was told it was £20 which I thought was expensive they reduced the price to £15. I later visited another merchant and noted they charge £5.

Terrible. Part delivery, not notified, had to chase. Then delivered to the wrong place. Had to wait longer. Poor attitude to customer service.Pity, they do have good stuff.
