Ordered a breakfast from this place and a few hours after I got home I started being sick, with stomach pain, shivers and very unwell. I believe I got food poisoning as I didn't eat anything else this morning. Bad hygiene, wont be going back again.

Took my 3 kids for breakfast, was very quiet with only a few people in there but service was still extremely slow considering it is meant to be a fast food restaurant

The people working there are really rude
I waited 50 minutes for a soda, a fries and a hamburger.
They talk too much to each other and do not do their jobs properly. That's why orders are very late.
It's like they're making the staff work for free at this restaurant. They all have sullen faces and are unattractive.
After waiting 50 minutes for my order, they delivered it and it was cold. So I didn't eat my order and threw it in the trash.

Wheelchair accessibility: The toilet needed cleaning, there was no tissue or soap, and the floor was wet.

Ordered breakfast here yesterday. When I opened it, the sausage was missing >_<
Came back for a second shot to get lunch. Opened it and the slime and sauce / salad I'd asked not to be included was prevalent.
Will not be returning >_<

McDonald's in England is very poor, very little is added, practically nothing new. The place is clean and nice.
