I share this review with a heavy heart. My husband and I attended a kitchen design appointment at the weekend. Despite knowing our limited budget, we were designed and quoted for a kitchen that was almost double it. Cabinet sizes completely inflexible, so we were expected to make do with colossal void spaces and wine racks that we neither liked or needed. The designer promised faithfully to share the design on the online portal after our appointment and quote us for a cheaper range. It?s now Wednesday and no design has appeared on the online portal. The company hasn?t bothered to follow up either. Clearly don?t want our business. We?ve gone elsewhere.Service: Kitchen design

Very poor communication and organisation, never got the prefit visit and was all a cockup. However they did pay for us to have 2 meals out as the electrician had Covid so had to wait for the cooker to be wired inService: Kitchen design

Would give zero if I could. Consistently gave wrong information when product would be delivered to them. Been more than a month and still hasn't arrived.

Excellent 1st meeting some weeks ago now. Have since emailed 4 times and called for a call back twice and still waiting to hear back. Clearly we will be going elsewhere

Absolutely thrilled with my kitchen I bought from Magnet in Banbury! David Hampton was excellent, he was so patient he helped me with the design, he came out to measure, gave me an excellent price and made sure everything was sorted with ease. 100% recommend. I had quotes from Wickes, Howdens and Unitech don?t even bother!

Excellent help from staff ,needed a bit for our 5 year old kitchen it found it on his pc now the gentleman is sourcing the part ,brillant customer service.
