Check the price you are charged for your goods here , prices displayed are lower then what they charge u at till , a few too many times I've been over charged now ? , id also advice checking pastries and other short life goods as I've ended up taking home already out of date food , customer service from staff is appalling at times , only 1 person there that makes shopping there bearable

Discriminates disabled people, doesn?t allow service / guide dogs which is illegal, they also sell out of date / mouldy food, & reduce stuff the same day it goes out by like 20p.. must waste a lot of food

Everyone in this shop is amazing they may have changed hands going by some reviews but I always get treated like a king or boss man as they say. And a reply to a previous review about a dark haired woman she's called Lisa and she's been going through a very hard time she really has. I agree no problem should be bought to work but if you only knew the half of what this poor lass has been through you would understand why she may of come across as rude. She really isn't honestly

Rude women at the till, brown haired middle aged. Embarrassed my friends and I who are all over 18 and showed ID and she still refused to serve us in a rude manner. Lost a lot of sales.

Popped in this morning and was disgusted to find not a single customer, nor staff member wearing a mask. Do the rules not apply here? Most certainly a case of 'if the staff don't wear one, we won't wear one'. Terrible. Staff should be leading by example.I understand this issue has been raised in the Banbury Guardian, and I will be forwarding my concerns to Londis, and the relevant Health & Safety bodies.
