Absolutely agree with the other poor review. They sell you a dream and a hands off approach. The reality is they chase your clients without you knowing, even when they?ve been asked to stop which has caused me to nearly lose some. They send excessive amounts of requests for information, play God with your money and generally act as though they are a leading authority or governing body not a supplier and you are their client. They think your clients are there?s and they can act as they wish. When you own up to any mistakes on your ledger they make you suffer for it and treat you like a naughty school child and when called out either cite the agreement or one associate even suggested I lie about the reason why something wasn?t correct. Hypocritical, jobs worth?s dealing with salaries bigger than there?s and resenting every minute of it. They say they?re their to work with you not against you yet all their actions are to the contrary. Currently entering into a complaint procedure and may make one externally too the relevant bodies as I don?t hold a lot of hope for the internal complaint results. Do you?re homework on this agreement and think very carefully before entering in to it. I wish I?d never gone back to them after lockdown.

This is the worst business bank i have ever used and the factoring office will take you into insolvency as they are not capable to insure cash flow in time and stresses our clients aftet they have paid their invoices. I have trusted Lloyds that it will help us grow but in reality they told me to leave if i don't like their slow and unprofessional terms.
