Booked my car in to have the brake fluid changed as it hadn't been done for a few years, when I picked the car up they said everything was done. During the free health check they said one of the discs was pitted, but everything else was OK.
When the health check report email arrived a few hours later it states that the rear brake bleed screws are seized.Which clearly means that they haven't changed my brake fluid completely, why didn't tell me this or show me the problem when I picked the car up?
I'm sorry but I thought that brakes and tyres etc were their specialities
and I am surprised that they didn't use some penetrating oil to try and free up the bleed screws.
So as it stands the job I have paid for is only half done ?

I was told they had a tyre in stock for me.didnt bother to tell me they had to order one after waiting for 2 hours .never checked my wheel for damage as I asked after pot hole.

I cannot recommend enough I called the Banbury quick fit branch and explained my dire situation and the lads there went above and beyond to get me sorted and back on the road again. Honestly can?t praise them enough thankyou so much to the manager and his team all excellent at their jobs ????

H and TY, were very honest, understanding and patient with me because as a new driver, i couldn't quite explain what caused the tire pressure warning light to keep flashing on my dashboard. They checked all the tires and told me there was no problem and all the pressure were ok. But they changed the valve of one tyres for free that they suspected a leak around it and even advised me to bring the car back if the warning light come back on. And all this was done past the closing time. To you guys, I say a big thank you.

I was in a tight spot needing an MOT and to secure that a new tyre as i had the emergency tyre on the car. Paul and his team ensured both were delivered at the same time, meaning only one trip to Kwik Fit, getting me back on the road with new MOT and tyre.

Shout out to Paul at Banbury for his customer skilss, knowledge, friendliness and being so helpful. It makes a lovely change and is a credit to the team. The other 2 gentleman I spoke to during my 2 visits here were great too.I used them for a MOT, it rightly failed the first time and I got a free retest and it passed. Booked the original test the day before and got the retest done a week later (once we fixed the failed bits)highly recommend
