Really poor customer service. It's like none of the staff can be bothered at all.Just walked out after waiting 4 minutes at the till.. Bought online Instead. Just thought they don't deserve my business. Ps I am a 20+ year served retail manager.

Lost a sale all because they wouldn't show me both of the Nike's I was looking at. Processed to lie to me by saying the other one was on the shelf. If it had have been then I wouldn't have needed to ask for my size. When spending over £100 I want to look at both of them to make sure they are of good quality as it was the one they gave me to try on had poor stitching on it.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the male members of the staff in the store I do not expect to walk into the store with my two young children and I have a young lads working there using filthy language I did put this out to them politely but they just smoked and a couple minutes later I just carried on with the same filthy conversation

Customer service is awful , asked a staff member if they done half sizes in puma footwear , which I saw they done 5.5 but not 4.5 which I needed and he said no . He didn?t even bother to check out back and straight up said no , really rude bad attitude didn?t seem like he wanted to be there at all then just walked off didn?t offer any help at all . Not happy .

Omg never again, staff hanging round entrance swearing an messing about ,no acknowledgement when asked them a question, no one on till ,put stuff down walked out ,spent my money else where ,no wonder high street closing with service like that

The customer service at this store is beyond a joke! I have been ringing this store every few minutes for the past 2 days and no body answers the phone. All other jd stores answer no problem. I give up on them now and they?ve lost my business. Found what I was after cheaper elsewhere anyway

Appalling service, unable to return an item even with a receipt, unworn and with labels attached.Item was too small and no larger size available to exchange. One disappointed 7 year old with a football shirt that doesn?t fit and not a care in the world from the rude and unhelpful staff.Ended up buying another shirt from sports direct in the right size. Will be making a complaint, shame the store staff were unaware of the process?.

I recently purchased a pair of trainers which cost me £150 , the gentleman in the shop was very nice and went out of his way to help me, they hadn't got my size in stock, so he ordered me a pair and I was told I should receive my trainers in the next 2 days, it's been 9 days and I still haven't received my trainers, I went into the shop again today, and they have basically said that they can't do anything because it's with the delivery people and it's there issue now, so even with my receipt they can't help me , it's really not exceptable, I won't be shopping there again that's for sure!!
