Went to the till with our purchases and was told by a rude member of staff that we had to go and join the long queue at the other end of many tills. When questioned your member of staff, he replyed in a rude manor. "That's how we work". I do not feel this is very professional and very poor customer services. As a customer I do not expect to be treated in that manor.

So many times I?ve gone in and had really bad customer service. Shopped here on Sunday and Lady at the till wasn?t even willing to grab us a bag to pack our shopping we had to find one ourselves and just wasn?t very polite at all- really poor customer service!
