An excellent small garden centre. Helpful, friendly staff with a good range of healthy outdoor and indoor plants plus they stock my favourite cake! Can?t ask for more than that.

This is a gem of a garden centre! It's well stocked, reasonably priced, well laid out with clear signage which not only signposts you to the right stuff but also gives you inspirational ideas! The staff were very friendly. Efficient checkout. Amazingly well located in the centre of town. I picked up some great gardening supplies AND a couple of delicious local beers - great time all around. My plants are already looking happier and some microgreens are on their way. It looks like the shop is independent and has a long history too. It was a pleasure to shop there and I'll definitely be back!

I can't praise the place enough, i had a patch of ground outside my house that was just mud, i went to a garden centre just outside of Banbury and asked for some advice, only to be abruptly told I'd have to come back in the week, i left and found Hillier Garden Centre in the centre of Banbury (never even knew it was there!) I asked at the desk for some advice and was introduced to the wonderful Lucy, she spent around 20 minutes walking me around, telling me what plants were best suited for the area and her expertise was second to none, she signed me up to the gardening club and saved me some money too, definitely a credit to the company. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic customer service from Hillier Garden Centre Banbury.Last summer we bought two recliner garden chairs but when we went to use them this year (after being under cover all winter) one of the recliners wasn?t working correctly. We contacted the local store to advise them of the problem and they responded quickly offering a replacement set. Unfortunately we didn?t like the replacement set which was a different colour and finish but following further discussions they sent me a replacement gas strut which fixed the problem.All the way through this process they have been courteous, pleasant and proactive keeping us informed at all times.We would highly recommend Hilliers Banbury.
