Having decided to move we shortlisted a couple of local and a couple of national agents to market our home. All came in with a similar valuation but Hampton?s shone through as both an agent with a wide network, fantastic photography but mainly a very knowledgable and passionate team. Throughout the process they kept in touch with regular feedback plus tips and tricks to help show off our home to its best. The interest was positive and after a relatively short while we had a sale but Hamptons work didn?t stop there, they also helped us to get through the process of sale. They again kept us informed and helped navigate some complexities with the chain. All in all it was a great experience and made so much easier by the professionalism and knowledge of Chris and the team at Hamptons Banbury.

We had never sold a house before, listed ours for sale with a different estate agent and didn't have a good experience, took it off the market and tried again with Hamptons. The team at Hamptons Banbury went above and beyond to achieve a quick, successful and pain-free sale of our property in August 2023. From the moment Chris arrived to value our house, we knew we were in safe hands. His advice was measured and seemed sensible in the current climate, the ambition was there but a sense of realism which we know contributed to a fast sale at a difficult time - importantly from day 1 we were on the same page and this enabled a positive process but the result was also fantastic.Hamptons really excelled with their marketing. Producing a top-notch video and photographs which we felt showcased the property in it's best light. It was clear, when looking for a property, that Hamptons are especially good in this area(marketing) and this made all the difference.A special mention to the rest of the team, including Sarah and Amanda. This was the first time we have moved in 31 years so we were a little out of touch with the process. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with the Banbury team.From the very first moment they came to view the house and give us a valuation we were so impressed with the professionalism, integrity and helpfulness of Jayne that our minds were made up as to which firm we would use. The sale hasn?t been without the occasional hitch, for example buyers changing their minds, but Jayne and the team, especially Sarah and Amanda, kept positive and guided us through each stage with care and thoughtfulness.Nothing has ever been too much bother for the team, including Sarah and Amanda, and they have been a real pleasure to work with. They also provide very fair, and excellent, value for money. We could have found someone for a lower fee, but this fee was well worth it. We would, in the unlikely event that we ever move again, always come back to Hamptons without a second thought. We wish them every success in the future.

We last moved house 10 years ago, both selling and buying with Hamptons and they were our first choice to go back to, to sell. It was nice to deal with some of the same team and all the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, purposeful and kept up to date with proceedings. We trusted their advice and during a difficult part of the sale they were very professional, especially Amanda, and achieved the best outcome for us all.
