I always come here for to good to go bags but today I had the worst and most disrespectful encounter with an employee around 5:30 pm. I am vegetarian and I always ask if I could please just have some veggie options. Bare in mind there was exactly 11 minutes left and he had not made any bags. The Employee gave me a passive aggressive lecture on how I should accept what I get I tried explaining that If he did not have any veggie options I could refund it?s fine and he still kept going on, I again tried explaining that he could just disregard any meat options and yet that did not get him to stop. Not sure of what his name is but there was 2 employee he was the shorter one. Extremely rude and unnecessary as I tend to eat veggie options due to health reasons and he made me feel very upset. Would never come back here again.

Why is it that when I go there on the morning around 7:00am and get a sausage roll, they?re always cold and soggy. It?s like they are selling yesterday?s food. And they call it ?fresh????? Also, why can?t they keep the food warm??? Seriously???

Go here often on my way to work around 07.15 for a ham salad baguette coffee and steak bake.Last two weeks No cold sandwich or baguettes and cold steak bake.Don't ask for much but if you are selling food please have it for sale.I used to go to Greggs at the biecster service station at 05.30 slways had everything if one can do it why can't all

This greggs used to be awful... all the staff outside with the manager smoking. And no food available... The last few weeks maybe 2 months a lovely young lady I think her name is Sophie is in charge and the counter is always stocked. And baguettes and sandwiches are always fully stocked and she has made a real difference.

Never has food and what is there is always stone cold. Don't be fooled by the orange lights on the hot trays there just that,light for show. Food is stone cold after 5mins always everytime. Staff seem very disinterested and almost annoyed they have to serve you.
