The service as a family we receive from the staff at Banbury is second to none. They are nothing but helpful and friendly and shares welcoming. A special mention for Helen. She is always takes her time to understand what it is you need and is never pushy.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the store in Banbury today! I picked out a pair of earrings that I liked and the lady behind the till was really lovely and explained the locking earring backs to me and was very helpful. My mother was interested in the clocks on the wall and she turned a few of them on so that she could see. Amazing experience and I would recommend it to my friends and family 100%.

I really wish I'd asked the name of the lady that helped me because she was absolutely brilliant. So helpful, patient, good sense of humour, made me feel good about myself, all in all she was absolutely great, and she's a credit to your company. (If it helps she's been there 18 years!)I'd have no hesitation to recommend F Hinds, it's also great to be able to go into a shop for the personal touch.
