Sadly I will no longer be spending anymore of my hard earned money in your store.\\nI'm not sure what FatFace's policy is regarding customer service, but making their customers feel uncomfortable by following them around the store isn't conducive to a happy customer. I understand that shoplifting has to be addressed but you're going the wrong way about it and I'm not going to put up with a shop assistant / store manager hovering over me counting coat hangers then once I move follow me again and then again . So, to the two ladies that work there I think you need to rethink who the ones that are actually stealing your merchandise????, because while you following me someone else is having a great time at your companies expense, so back off ladies!!!
