Visited the Banbury store today and we were served by the store leader Aaron. He was extremely friendly and professional. He listened to what our needs were and then made suggestions that fitted with what we required. We left the store extremely happy with our purchases.

Discussing customer service rude female staff. Who spoke to me like dirty shouted at me for refusing to talk to her after her rude behaviour. and me wanting to deal with the male staff member. I went in to get a new contract and handset over 2 hours of messing around i came out without one, called a time waister for asking questions. I have pushed my complaint to management at head office. I will never use me again

Excellent service by Sam regarding EE Broadband and a new iPhone. Sam was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and was extremely helpful. My husband and I can?t speak highly enough of our experience.

Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to praise your employee Jess. I am actually with O2 atm and I went to the shop opposite your store in Banbury as my SIM card wasn?t working. I had no money, low petrol and relied on my Apple Pay. The lady in the O2 shop had no empathy and wasn?t helpful at all, even though I was so upset being in this situation.
In desperation I walk into your shop, at this time still very much upset.
Jess was so kind and helped me with a new pay as you go SIM card. My new debit not working, she paid for this herself.
I managed to get my card working and paid Jess back immediately.
Please please can I ask that Jess is noticed for for kindness and compassion she gave me. This young girl went up and above her job role to help me and deserves to be recognised for her impeccable customer service!
After being with o2 for many years, I will now be transferring to BT / EE mobile and that?s down to the kindness and support from Jess in the Banbury shop! Jess you deserve a promotion lovely lady. Thank you once again

Excellent service. Bought an iPhone yesterday; got flummoxed trying to transfer all my gubbins. They sorted the whole lot out in under half an hour, or showed me while they dealt with other customers.
Could not have asked for more.
Absolutely superb.

We were looked after by Jess who was professional patient and explained everything to us both
We will be popping back to see Jess when it is time to alter our contract to suit...

Visited the Banbury store twice recently. Once to find out my upgrade options as I was out of contract and the second time to purchase the upgrade. Both times the young women who served me were friendly, knowledge and patient. This extended to ensuring that the newphone was set up correctly which took some time. Very impressed with the service I received.

Went into the only ee shop that is now left in Banbury today two couples were with your assistances two other couples waiting and myself after waiting for thirty minutes we were told that one of the advisors was about to finish and we would not be able to be seen by anyone as the shop was closing at 17.30 I have been an ee customer for many years and now I am looking else whereBit of advice stop closing your shopsEmploy more staff especially weekendsGet your advisors to speak to customers when we walk in and advise if there is going to be a long waitWorst service I have ever had
