Visited the Banbury store twice recently. Once to find out my upgrade options as I was out of contract and the second time to purchase the upgrade. Both times the young women who served me were friendly, knowledge and patient. This extended to ensuring that the newphone was set up correctly which took some time. Very impressed with the service I received.

Went in today to upgrade my mobile. Jess was brilliant. She saved me money on my monthly broadband costs as well as getting new phone.Very pleased, great service.

Went into the only ee shop that is now left in Banbury today two couples were with your assistances two other couples waiting and myself after waiting for thirty minutes we were told that one of the advisors was about to finish and we would not be able to be seen by anyone as the shop was closing at 17.30 I have been an ee customer for many years and now I am looking else whereBit of advice stop closing your shopsEmploy more staff especially weekendsGet your advisors to speak to customers when we walk in and advise if there is going to be a long waitWorst service I have ever had

Walked into the store to be left for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from the two members staff (who were dealing with other customers). When a third person emerged from the back, I was told I had to wait an hour for an appointment - all I need is a replacement SIM card (a process which takes 2 minutes for them to do), after a week without any service at all, yet I still have to wait an hour. Terrible service, what do I spend £140/month for??

Popped into the store to pick up a new sim card. Was left waiting at the door without any greeting or acknowledgement from the two staff in store. No hello, sorry to keep you waiting or anything. Then to be told after 10 minutes sorry there is a one hour queue. Would of taken the staff two seconds to look up from what they were doing to say "hi there, sorry we are very busy and there is a bit of a wait" instead of leaving multiple people just stood waiting at the door for service.
