I had the pleasure of dealing with a young lady called Grace - she was very polite and helpful and gave me some amazing advice on my choice. I wish more places had staff this eager to assist.
She is an asset to the store.

The food presented looked very good and presentable ,, however , after finishing my meal we then had a mouse run past our legs . When I told the staff about this to make them aware they said yes this had already been reported. Surely they should shut down the cafe due to possible contamination

I just don't understand why you can't speak to somebody or find an email address for customer service, I've tried 10 times calling the customer service and it just rings out and I tried to ring the store. So I don't understand why they actually have a number visible for customers. It's absolutely ridiculous very poor customer service.
