We chose dreams as we have been before. James approached us in store, he was great. After a chat about mattresses and a few minutes on your automatic profiling bed, he showed us the relevant ones, then , most importantly, he left us alone to discuss our options. We then bought our mattress. James was very friendly and helpful throughout, thank you.

Excellent customer experience from Danya at Dreams in Banbury. Danya was knowledgeable about the different mattresses and was friendly, attentive and efficient. You can't ask for more!

False AdvertisingWe bought the sensation luxe mattress. It's advertised it includes two free cloud tempur pillows. However because we bought it on comfort exchange, they refused us the pillows! My partner had a lengthy conversation with customer service That resulted in two pillows being sent, but they were inferior ones! Not the ones advertised. Quite shocking for such a large company to treat customers that way. We will think twice about shopping there again.

Paul and Aggie were extremely patient, knowledgeable and kind at the Dreams Banbury store. We're very happy with our choice and can't wait to try out the bed when it arrives

What a joke!Previous experience with Paul made us go back.What a mistake...we thought we'd bagged a bargain (ex-display) at a good price, due to a stain on it.We were advised that we would need to wait till the store replacement arrived, which could take up to 6 weeks.No worries, we weren't moving yet. We were happy to wait.2 months down the line, we're still having this back and forth with the salesperson about a longer timeframe.Could be even 6 months, we clearly said were happy to wait but obviously a 3 month wait would be unreasonable and wouldn't do.They cannot tell when we'll get this mattress, "you agreed to wait".When I went into the shop to ask re:delivery as we had previously been promised delivery last week. The salesperson went off about how aggressive I was being to her.I asked her to get someone else to assist me if she felt any way attacked, she then backed down to say that wasn't the case.All I went in for was a resolution not a blunt take your refund and get something else if you want.For shame Banbury Dreams, for shame...is this how you now treat your customers??Unacceptable to say the least

It was a great pleasure to visit this store. The Aggy employee was very accommodating and helped us choose the right bed and mattress for us. We felt very welcome and spent a long time there, during which someone always attended to us. The staff is very helpful, complete professionals. The store offers a very wide range of beds and mattresses.

Thank you for assisting us in selecting our son's first mattress. Tejal demonstrated patience and extensive knowledge about various mattresses, guiding my son to choose the perfect one for him. I strongly recommend visiting the store and seeking support; selecting the right mattress may not be easy and can be time-consuming, but it is undoubtedly worthwhile. I am grateful for Tejal's patience throughout the process.

Me and my partner were amazed at how good Paul was at his job!! Helped us find a mattress in our budget, was friendly and funny, and very helpful. Honestly if he doesn?t get a pay rise i?ll be fighting the owner. We love Paul ??????

Popped in to buy a new bed base. Staff member was really likeable, knowledgeable, polite and not pushy. Good choice of beds on show. Ended up buying.

After Sales Service is absolutely shocking. I went into the Store and I was told the Manager was off for four days and I would have to ring the Store. When I did ring the Store later that week I was told the Manager was in the Toilet and wouldn't be out for around 15 minutes ? I telephoned Head Office and despite being told by them previously it was a Store issue they apologised for the disgraceful service I had received and immediately sent replacements too me. I have never experienced such bad Customer Service from my local Dreams Store before, but it appears all the Staff are new and in training and when the Manager is off they don't know how to put something through on the computer and refused to call someone to see how this could be done.

I have noted the caption for their feedback link, 'We are all ears'. In fact its true, they are truly all ears. I went to the store in Banbury to buy a mattress which should help me to ease my lower back pain. When I entered the store, a man who was busy with his work at his desk, kept everything aside and started walking towards me with a smile and he is 'Mr. Paul'. I explained everything to him about my requirement (he was literraly bacome all ears) and he taken me inside the store and asked me to experience the mattresses by myself. I was wearing shoes and was little hesitant to put my feet top of the mattress. He noticed that and insisted me to keep my feet on top of the bed with the shoes on. From their onwards the comfort he and his fellow collegues given me is fabolous.I worked in India in the retail industry for more than 10 years worked with a slogan ' Customer is King', by giving an exceptional hospitalty to the customers. I have seen worst customer services in most of the places in UK and slowly started adapting to that. But Mr. Paul and the other staffs in Dreams proved that there are places still exist where customer can get delighted with the shopping experience.Laslty the complimentary products they have offered me after cracking so many jokes each other at the desk made the experience way better. I would love to come back again atleast to see you all and to say hello next time.Thank you all for the wonderful shopping experience. Keep up the good work. Kudos.CheersRenjith
