Excellent service from Tejal. Made finding a mattress so much easier, she was very helpful and patient, talked us through all the benefits of each mattress we tried, offered us drinks and gave us lots of time to decide which is great because I?m very indecisive! She offered the best deals that suited my needs. My sister and I felt very welcome when selecting my mattress, I?ve had my bed for a week now and it?s the best sleep I?ve had in ages, it?s like going to bed on a cloud. Thank you Tejal and the rest of the Dreams team!! :)

I was welcomed as I came through the door. Emma listened to my needs and then took me to the special bed and explained what would happen. Before the trial started, she offered me a hot drink. I was settled with a pillow and left for the sequence to run and she went and got me my drink of choice. After the trial finished we went and looked at various suitable beds and then chose a headboard. At no time did I feel at all pressured. The deal was completed and at all stages Emma gave me a good explanation. The date has been fixed for delivery and I can?t wait to have the bed at home.

Went into the Banbury Dreams this afternoon. We were looking to buy 2 mattresses and a bed frame. We were greeted with a cheery hello from Aggi and Emma. When browsing the many mattresses we were invited by Emma to go on the Sleep match to see which mattress was beneficial to both my husband and I. It came up with the results and Emma showed us what were available. We purchased what we came in for. While totting up the cost Aggi asked us if we would like a coffee or tea. Which I did take up the offer. The girls expertise was very impressive. Nothing was too much trouble. We were very, very happy with the service we received. I definitely recommend Dreams. It was a very pleasant experience. Well done Emma and Aggi.

What a fantastic experience of choosing a mattress. From excellent customer service on the initial phone call from Keith in Banbury to fantastic help and support from Spandana in store. I couldn?t recommend this store and its staff highly enough.
