Excellent service from Andy and all the members of staff. I purchased a desk top computer and a mobile phone. The 'team' set up the computer and mobile phone in a professional, friendly manner and were very patient with my limited knowledge of technology. I cannot praise them enough.

Hi went to curry?s today as I had an issue with my iPad , went in and see Andy he went through the process of why mine was playing up. After explaining everything I did decide to get a new one as mine is over 10 yrs old. He also set me up on a better phone provider as mine is very low. His care and service was fantastic kind professional, could not have asked for better service. Care was ten out of ten, I would say college of the month. This was the Banbury store. Thank you Andy for your service.

Extremely rude and unpolite staff all over. Doesn?t even bother to answer any customer queries. Everyone seems to be in a hurry even when no customer is in the store. Major restructuring required. 14/07/2025 evening around 7 i did ask one of the staff for dash cams and when i was just looked at him he said hes busy and purposely mislead lead to a location. later then a different staff passed by also he is busy which after said they dont sell dash cams. This is not the first time i had this experience from banbury currys. Never going in again !

Had a washing machine delivered damaged so spoke to curry?s that day and said they would contact me about a return but never heard back so had to call again and this time they scheduled an exchange 2 days later so had to arrange for someone to be at home at short notice but wanted the machine sorted. Before new one was delivered driver rang me to ask if I wanted a 20% discount rather than exchanging which I declined as it was the front panel that was damaged and looked bad so I just wanted a new one. When I got back to unpack the new machine I found this was also damaged and dented on side panel. Called curry?s again and explained that we needed to use the washer as been without one all week and washing was mounting up but was told that they wouldn?t exchange it if used and best they could do is 10% refund which was less than driver offered!? Then to make matters worse when using the machine I found there is a metal latch loose and rattling around between the glass of the door and have been refused a repair! Not happy with this poor service at all.

Visited today to buy an SD card. Greeted at the door and that?s where the service ended. 3 people behind counter, no one interested in serving me. I wandered around a bit, went back to the counter, still no desire to serve me so I left and went elsewhere.

Great place, plenty of gadgets to see and choose from. You can also try some of them example headphones, smart watch etc.

The only outlet now Comet went years ago. On two floors. Techy stuff gound floor, domestic upper. Free limited retail park vehicle parking.
