Had my car washed today, the staff were rude and didn't clean it very well. They just threw the rubber mats back in and left them. I won't be back.

Clean ok, but price increased due to interior by £10 - inside was by no means that dirty. Guy said it was for extra time but spent no longer on it than any other visit - regular customer lost for the sake of scamming a tenner , shame.

I was charged £100.03 (by accident I presume) for a £10.00 car wash 2 weeks ago and only noticed it 2 days ago and have tried several times via there message service to arrange refund of £90.03, At this point in time no response back from them despite leaving my mobile number to contact me, I can't find a number to call them on so am a very disgruntled customer having used them a hundred times over the years. So I can't recommend using them as there customer service seems to be non existent, hopefully they will read this and get in touch

Stopped in for an inside and out wash, they did the job but the result isn't great. The car wasn't hoovered properly inside and the windows were left with streaks on.They are always busy but I can't really recommend them.

My car literally had tons of dirt in it from my plants r all over and Cuggini got every single speck. I would definitely recommend!! And the best part is, they came to me!

Disappointed. Yesterday I took my car for a Platinum clean expecting it to be done well. They only had 2 people and didn?t even wipe my dashboard. For £45 don?t bother going there. And it took so long I could have washed and cleaned it myself. I came home and had to redo most of the cleaning on interiorServices: Polishing

Wish I had read the reviews before taking my car there. These guys are scammers. Quote a price and then change the price at the end and do the worst interior clean I?ve ever seen. Bit stupid as if they do a good job I?d go back. Unfortunately they won?t be getting any more money out of me.

Quite disappointed with the service here. The guy in front was either a regular or knew someone as his car was given undivided attention to detail, sadly I can't say the same for mine. I asked for the interior and exterior clean, £20, but wasn't worth the money. The interior was rushed, quick wipe, nothing really cleaned properly. The windows were decent (why it's been given a second star), but the windscreen still had bug residue on it that hadn't been washed properly. The doors weren't cleaned very well, with dirt marks left on them. I'll be avoiding them.

With it being a one-way system, it is hard to see the price until you are under the cover where you get your original wash down.The board CLEARLY states "FROM £18 - £20" for the Gold Service (Inside and Outside) for my car.When I asked the guy how much our car would cost, he told me £20 after asking another member of staff. HAPPY DAYS!Then, they gave my car the exterior clean.When we got the the INTERIOR clean, the next guy decided to up the price to £35!!!!! I protested and said that we have already been told £20, so he discounted it to £30, and we begrudgingly agreed to this price. It was EXTREMELY unprofessional, and VERY dirty sales tactics, where they clean the exterior, lock you in, and then after this there isn't really any kind of escape.Although they did a good job on the car, it felt like a giant con after being told one price for the service, and then being ripped off for another. Be warned to expect this sort of treatment. I will stick to cleaning my car myself after this experience.
