Usual Costa. Different staff every time I go in, except one. There is plenty of seating indoors and out. Rarely eat there as it is damn expensive. Got toilets that non-Costa customers use.
Parking: On a retail park.
Kid-friendliness: Yeah, lots of kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: I think so.

The staff are very efficient serving. However the crockery is disgusting, the cups are so old they are chipped and so scratched,the glass looks patterned. This is very off putting to drink from, Costa make a lot of money on drinks and the standard of hygiene is very poor. The floor looks like it has never been cleaned and tables do not look like they are regularly cleaned. To be honest I only normally post positive reviews but felt this should be pointed out so somebody in authority will invest in some new crockery and improve cleaning standards. I totally agree, the toilets are filthy. Hoping you will address these matters please.

The loos were not clean and smelt of urine. No soap to wash hands. The toasties was toasted one side only. Coffee good. Would not recommend ?

Went to the Costa in the Next in Banbury. I was being so difficult and extra and Pedro!! Was so patient and lovely 10/10

The coffee was OK, a bit bitter for my liking. But the Toilets looked like a farmer had used it for his Pigs. One toilet out of order and the other like a farm Yard. Don't buy a coffee if you need a wee.

Ordered 2 drinks which took 25 minutes to come out. We were stood with a few others having the same issue. Nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on(even the supposed manager). Avoid this place at all COSTa.

Stale food. Offhand staff at till. Interminable waiting - not enough staff. Costa has a lot of traffic on a Sunday morning and are not doing anything about how bad this outlet is.

Member of staff who served us today was so rude ! Talked at us in clipped tones and visibly irritated when we couldn?t hear her . Slammed around and banged our drinks in the counter. Won?t be going back .

Very friendly and professional staff and great tasting coffee. I highly recommend the pre 11:00 breakfast specials.
