Costa is Costa! Often stop here when using the M40, it's less packed than any services and of course cheaper.
Staff seemed very knowledgeable this time round, unable to discount the food they had marked up at 50% off blaming the till.
Also said you can't use the app and have discounted food!
All rather odd
I think they eventually got fed up of me questioning the price I was charged, lost their temper and refunded everything!

Service was terrible.
As a customer I said thanks to them twice but non of them reply.
I went in at 5:45pm,
The workers seems doesn?t happy to serve me.
Is this because I am an Asian?
I will say staff behaviour was terrible and needs to improve and needs to be more professional to their work
