Member of staff yesterday was serving but full of cold nd wiping nose on back of his hand whilst working the till; I really should?ve walked away without food and drinks but had already paid. He should?ve sent himself home if there?s no manager on site to do that! Disappointed and disgusted ?

No vege baps left at 10am so couldn't have bap and drink deal for£5-99, asked if I could have vege toastie instead same deal at lunch from 11 , and told no ,I think a little cater for the customer would do them a lot of good especially as it looked like they can't get stock levels right , probably thr mass of meat baps will.be thrown away

Went in with family and had raspberry mini- bubbles frappe, blueberry bubble tea and passion fruit and mango cooler. The two bubble drinks had no boba in them which is disappointing when that?s what we have ordered, and the raspberry drink tastes very weak and straws are missing, not impressed.

The food is okay ,as in any Costa coffee shop . However , the tables are almost never clean. I have been there few times , and even when it is not busy , the tables are sticky and dirty , with dirty trays and mugs left there for hours .

After a bit of shopping it was nice to stop for a nice big hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. The staff was very friendly. The store has a good selection of cakes, decent seating area and pleasant ambience.

Very good service by pleasant staff. Flat white was very good with good amount of coffee in it. Parking is easy and seating is of good condition and clean. Tables could be cleared quicker and given a wipe. Wiping isn't just for COVID.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to manoeuvre around the cafe.

Disappointing service, impolite and then subsequently staff member put her hand inside the empty cup to pull it out of the stack and poured my drink into it. You may have washed your hands but unacceptable to serve drinks like this, shame covid procedures have not taught this staff member much. Please maintain hygiene standards.

The coffee was OK, a bit bitter for my liking. But the Toilets looked like a farmer had used it for his Pigs. One toilet out of order and the other like a farm Yard. Don't buy a coffee if you need a wee.
