Member of staff yesterday was serving but full of cold nd wiping nose on back of his hand whilst working the till; I really should’ve walked away without food and drinks but had already paid. He should’ve sent himself home if there’s no manager on site to do that! Disappointed and disgusted ?

No vege baps left at 10am so couldn't have bap and drink deal for£5-99, asked if I could have vege toastie instead same deal at lunch from 11 , and told no ,I think a little cater for the customer would do them a lot of good especially as it looked like they can't get stock levels right , probably thr mass of meat baps... read full comment
