I am so pleased that we chose Connells to manage our property sale for us. Steve and his team were absolutely brilliant. Special mention for Laurence who was excellent throughout, worked really hard for us and introduced our eventual buyer. Morgan was also absolutely brilliant and worked so hard for us. Terrible terrible customer service. They never keep to their words. It's either the receptionist always pretends to take my number that the head of lettings would call me or that the head of lettings never follows up on business calls. I am particular about the Banbury office here.

As exec of my mothers will I had the task of arranging the sale of my mothers house. I requested valuations from two local agents Connells being one of them. I wont go into details of the second agent but suffice to say, Connells, ticked all the boxes in what we wanted from an agent, e.g. Sensitivity, spot on valuation and above all no over inflated commission fees.
Steve (Andrade) started the ball rolling and within weeks we had numerous viewings carried out mainly by Lawrence and Morgan, both absolutely professional but very friendly and down to earth. I can't praise or thank them enough for their efforts.
Eventually we accepted an offer and all proceeded well until we hit a slight sticky patch with our buyer, who seemed to be moving at a slightly slower pace than the rest of the world. However, Steve once again proved that hard work and perseverence paid off. Going over and above his remit, closed the deal. Job done.
Connells staff can be very proud of their efforts and a big thank you to all concerned!
p.s. sorry for the long review but felt it important to highlight the human side of selling houses, and without question, I would highly recommend Connells.

Selling a home is incredibly stressful, and our situation was especially heightened due to deadlines, but the team st Connells made the process as smooth as possible. They went above and beyond, even scheduling viewings before photos were taken or listings posted online, to keep things moving quickly. Their dedication was evident at every stage.
